I share d same burden with you.. Mine was a Major signed my form who i§ from my state and a Colonel gave me letter of good character who wasn't from my state. In my opinion what I will say is , what will be will be. Its all about Favour from God. you guyz can still contribute... God help us all!!

More than 70,000 applicants is fighting 4 just 100 slot so why do u kill ur self on pass questions and irrelevant questions u are asking on this forum, anything u av as ur document go with it and pray to God to see u through, is not a day journey all u need is God

1. The application guidelines clearly states that the person to sign and write letter of good character must be from the same state as the applicant
2. simply stamp and sign

they is no need to panic.u guys will later find out that u don't have to disturb ur self dat much.u guys are too anxious just cool down and do d needful that's all.

There is really NO need for the Age Declaration since u already have ur birth certificate. This is because one serves as an alternative to the other. The two cannot be accepted at the same time. So dont waste ur money going to court to do the age declaration when ur birth certificate is available. It is either Age Declaration OR Birth Certificate.
