We are hiring for a client company for the role of a client service officer.

DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The client service executive will be responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, as well as the generation and development of new business opportunities.

Other responsibilities include:

Office Managerial Duties
Managing filing systems
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management; recording office expenditure and managing the budget
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Managing supplier relationships, reviewing service contracts including handling all invoice queries
Handling all correspondence including postal and email enquiries relating to accounts, sales and other financial and administrative matters

The test is about 40 questions within 65 minutes or so, consists of figural reasoning, numerical and logic base reasoning test.

No use of scientific calculator just a basic calculator, a proof of I'd, pencil and eraser is required.

Please be fast and accurate in answering the test answers as their is no additional time and the questions are standard questions like Shell, PwC and others.

Job Descriptions

This position is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations for a 15 person department.
The individual is responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple markets.
This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department.
Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
Month-end closing of the billing group information

Personnel development; staff meetings

Field Operators’ problem escalation and customer service
Assist with the implementation of a new billing system
Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management preferred
Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
Detail oriented with an Accounting background
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
