Shall we call this the work of the people from village or just end time rain?
This happened at a particular place at Kpalime in Togo (West Africa).
Is there a scientific explanation to this or should we term this a miracle? It looks scary.Thank God, the world will never be destroyed by flooding again! End time we are living in..

1. It could be a GEYSER, which it likely is.
2. A burst pipe from a waterline.

loool That is just a fountain. You can clearly see the upward jet of the water rising up in the middle of the downpour. Theorectically speaking, any rainfall with this level of concentrated rainfall can only happen in a gas planet with extreme high atmospheric pressure to low ground pressure.

Edit: The peak of this geyser can also be glimpsed at several points in the video, and at the 1:17 mark viewers can actually see the brief change in the height of the geyser.

This is just water gushing out from the ground most likely as a result of volcanic activities as is common in Yellowstone National Park, just like heating up water in a confined space- it expands, builds up pressure and has to find a way to escape- this time through a crack/vent.
