Hello guys, I have a serious question for you all in here and please I need your answer to help someone....

SHE NEED YOUR HELP

Her husband is dead leaving some
cash in the bank (UBA), about 400K.

She has the Debit Card and the phone with which the husband open the
account but unfortunately she
doesn't have the PIN.

She brought it to me to help her get
the cash out since she can't go
through all the process and
procedures of getting the money out
(the process will take longer time
and more because the husbands brother is with the death certificate and has refused to give it to her). So I shopped online
with the card to test it, and it worked
but I wanna know...

How can I get the money out CASH
or is it possible to transfer the
money to my own UBA account?.

please help!

You shopped online with card and it worked?

Then...this is what you will do (its just an advice that will work)

Visit any of the Sports Betting sites in Nigeria (Nairabet, WinnersGoldenBet or Bet9ja) prefferable and create an account with them

Fund the account by depositing e.g N100,000 on it.

Then in two days time (after creating d account), apply for withdrawal to your own account.

They will send it to your account

Note: Make sure you create the Betting Account with your real name (should match with the name of your bank account)

You can contact me below if you are confused with the explanation

Transferring it to your UBA Account will require you to put the card PIN (which you said you don't have)

Thanks for your reply, but I was told that the betting company will charge me about 25% of the amount funded.

Let her use the card to buy stuff online and resell. She can buy good laptops from ebay, use reliable shipper to ship it down here and sell.

Duration depends on a lot of factors. It could land in 8 days or 2 weeks.

Very simple bro, Namecheap, facebook, TC etc. You don't need PIN to shop online, what is required is the Card Number (16digit), the Expiry date and C. V .V (the 3 digit number at the back of the card). If you doubt it just send those information on your card to me.

Thanks

It must be Nigeria business, not foreign website. I can't remember the last time I used pin on any website online to make payment.

Please list the sites you are referring to. Thanks

So many ediot in nairaland. After depositing in nairabet, is it not d same account they will still pay into? You may want to know that according to nairabet, merrybet rule. You must make profit b4 you can initiate withdrawal

The best option is to go to the bank with documents & explain to then & they will give you access to the money

if she is ready to loose some cash cos exchange rate will kill the deal, here is her only option if she know the correct billing address of the card use it to buy amazon gift card and resell it at tech section on nairaland. another alternative use it to shop on ebay or amazon or look for someone who want to buy something on ebay or amazon you help them to make the payment and they pay you in naira. try it and thank me later no pin require

You don't need pin to shop online. All that is required is the numbers on the card. No website will ask for your pin. But in order to verify ownership, a code will be sent to the phone number attached to the said account. They will then provide you will a dialogue box where you will enter the code.

I feel bad giving this suggestion cos I don't even know if OP's story is genuine but I have been reading all you guys have been posting since and im wondering why no one has made a suggestion of USSD bank transfers being used by almost all banks in Nigeria.

Only catch is you should have your mobile number registered with the bank and since you have the debit card, you are good to go.

But then again, OP, have you thought about the legal implications? its like withdrawing from a deceased's account. This is intentional, so it kinda makes it illegal if you are not the next of kin.

Good luck

Tell her to go to the bank and show prove that she is the wife to the deceased. I smell somebody trying to use a stolen card here. I can't believe you guys are offering him such suggestions

Op how can u be trusted? Cos the solution is readily available, it's even very easy if it's a current account but giving it out is somehow difficult. The saint that is close to u might be the devil you've been running for.

Op easy way to remove the money from the card, look for somebody that has dom acct. And also have ID for verification eg driver licence or Intl passport, then open bitgold.com acct. Then buy gold with the card, first buy small eg $10, thereafter buy in instalment of $50 or $100 bearing in mind the daily limit of your bank. Then you can redeem ur gold or dollars to ur dom acct. Or you can transfer another bitgold member to pay you the cash equivalent. If u need my assistance , I can help you to remove all the money in the card to my bitgold account, then to my dom acct, then cashout the dollar.
