i guess this will be used to phase out individuals that have regular money (salary) entering their account, so i think is just a way to actually go for those that do not truly anything they are doing right now. But come to think of it, assuming i have a job paying me say 30k now, will i leave it n go for this (23k) in the first place? So BVN may be used to monitor those that do not truly have any source of income monthly, if u have something u are doing right now and they pay into ur account every month end, this may not be for you ooooo. Please am not discouraging anybody from applying ooooo, just my own opinion ooooo.

Open the passport with paint application, click CONTROL W on your keyboard, you will see option of resize by percentage or pixel, click on pixel, change the number in horizontal to 132, vertical to 170, click ok and save the new size, you are good to go.

N*B: If the box is not allowing you to input the number, untick the box that have *maintain aspect ratio*, input the 132 and 170 then save.
