After application, I clicked on submit, it hung. I tried agn, it said my data (bvn, no, email) hv bn used. Any advice pls?

Same here Bro. I was at the last stage, I click submit only for the page to fail to load and when i starts all over again i got the response that my details have been used. I'm yet to get acknowledgement mail from them.

Just like someone stated.. Use "Paint" application on your system to open the picture.
Click on "Resize"
Untick the "Maintain Ratio" on both the size and pixel.
Insert the required size and save. That's all you need do

I don't thing so, you know BVN cant be done twice so they would likely compare it with the details you uploaded to them. Like age, address and so on.

The genius idea of incorporating the BVN is to nullify multiple entries application. I also think it will be of importance during the course of the schemes when finally selected applicants are to be remunerated
The probable situation here is if the web database is hacked such information would have been useful in the days BDCs were still receiving forex allocation from the CBN

It means you've successfully registered. You should get a mail confirmation within the next 24 hours or less

And quite often we have had to deploy fixes, patches, upgrade and enhancement to optimise the capabilities of developed applications.
