Secondly, which app will you recommend for editing videos. and also reducing the size. Most of the videos I covered with my phone, the sizes are outrageously high. It really needs to be reduced before you successfully upload it.

Do not even dare try any blackhat method....your account will get banned and you will loose all your money......there are some video editors that can enable you type a text inside a video...Google "free video editing apps"

Goto your channel settings and select monetization, you are supposed to see connect to Adsense or something like that, it's very easy, they approved me in 30mins
