Good designs. Good use of space. Got a project kicking off soon in Lekki in Lagos soon, but still in the idea stage. Can you mock up or do yiou have some sketch designs options suitable for below - with at least parking space for 3 cars?

1- 6 flats apartment of 3 bedroom each- 3 up and 3 down- land dim- 120 x 60 ft

2- 3 terrace duplex of 3 bedroom each- land dim- 120 x 60 ft.

It's a 3 bedroom apartment, all rooms en-suite, lounge , foyer, kitchen & dinning ... Only did the rendering tho...it's almost near completion...

The building is 150sq.m, so yea it woukd fit in with space for at least 3 Cars.... Roughly 16m naira would get this done...

I would like to know can a 60× 120 feet build a 50 bedded hospital. Ground and first floor only?, and also if you know how much it will cost to build the hospital, minus the land cost. Land is already available. Thanks, awaiting your reply
