Workforce is an outsourcing company, they recruit on behalf of other organizations(mostly banks) and most times they just conduct interviews to have people on stand by for when any offer comes up. Attended their interview late last year at mabushi(around setraco),was even given a staff ID card form for stanbic bank but nothing till now.They are legit,but be ready for plenty of documentation after which you'll hope something comes up real soon. Hope this helps.

No it doesn't. Operatives are those who prepare orders(shawarma and the likes). Southern fried does in house recruitment(STRICTLY in house) when it comes to positions like ICT,Accountants etc and you can only know such vacancies if you are working with them already.

Nothing to lose if you ask me,you gat small change to keep body and body together,room for growth either as an operative(chef) or in your field and you can still keep applying for other jobs. WIN-WIN.

Whenever I attend interviews were I don't receive a warm reception I kindly work out it is an indication that working there is going to be problematic to me. I was there last week the way one of them spoke to me I told him to shove his job where the sun don't shine.

Some Consulting/Recruitment companies have rude staff the reason is since you are unemployed they feel you won't have anything to say cause you need them more than they need you.

Objectives

Under the general supervision of the Director, Office of the SVP, the incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Routines for proper receipt and follow up of correspondence to ensure timely responses, efficient telephone system, and management of the SVP’s briefing files.

Travels with the SVP on working missions as deemed necessary.

Selection Criteria
Including desirable skills, knowledge and experience
A minimum of a Master's degree or its equivalent in Administration or Office Management, or any other discipline that is relevant to the operations of the Bank.
A minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience;
