Workforce is an outsourcing company, they recruit on behalf of other organizations(mostly banks) and most times they just conduct interviews to have people on stand by for when any offer comes up. Attended their interview late last year at mabushi(around setraco),was even given a staff ID card form for stanbic bank but nothing till now.They are legit,but be ready for plenty of documentation after which you'll hope something comes up real soon. No it doesn't. Operatives are those who prepare orders(shawarma and the likes). Southern fried does in house recruitment(STRICTLY in house) when it comes to positions like ICT,Accountants etc and you can only know such vacancies if you are working with them already.

Nothing to lose if you ask me,you gat small change to keep body and body together,room for growth either as an operative(chef) or in your field and you can still keep applying for other jobs. WIN-WIN.
