havent you guys noticed that these high fees are for specialists? we are breaking the bank for pogba,does he have d scoring ability of lampard who wud guarantee 15 league goals? does he have d vision and creativity of oezil? does he control d tempo of game like kroos...i am not against spending money..if a player like mahrez was placed at that amount,i wont object

From your quote, the coach had to put the clause on a high side in order to either cash in on it or to scare away potential buyers. We both know with his age and his inconsistency. Higuain is not worth that amount.

That's exactly the point of inserting a buy-out clause in the contract of a player who is being "disturbed" by other clubs....especially when the club is reluctant to sell. in most cases, the parent club is at liberty to put whatever figure it deems fit.

Most of you guys against Pogba signing like Dadehmola simply don't have much to say.

Inspite of Pogba's plenty experience, there's little between him and Torres. The same Torres who outclassed him at the U20 level and from what I've seen thus far, Pogba game hasn't develop one bit. That's my opinion though.
There's also something about most Serie A attacking players/midfielders looking pathetic outside the league. We have the likes of Cuadrado, Lamela, Pastore, Cavani, Immobile, Jovetic etc. This shows that the league is quite very poor although that doesn't mean there are no good players that are capable of performing outside of it.
