I'm C.r.k aspirant and its tough.
Cut off last year was pegged at UTME 200 postutme 212 (53) and only 5 people were admitted into merit list out of the 30 candidates.
I'm referring to C.r.k Edu at the University of Ibadan

exactly even in tough unis like UI ref its very easy and less competitive due to the low level of candidates aspiring for the course

But if your c.g.p.a is outstanding your current department will hardly release you cos they need good students too

na lie. Admission into Efik/Ibibio into Uniuyo na die. Its in my faculty and i know how many candidates are being denied admission

You jobless Nigerian youths open your dirty mouths to downgrade Fisheries as a professional course. Yet many of you are struggling with pass in Engineering department corridors.
You are obviously not very wise enough to know how much Nigerians spend yearly to import fishes, (125 billion naira) money that could be cornered locally.
Let's see how dumb a fisheries student with pass will be when he/she finishes and gets self-employed while you stroll the streets with your pass degree in mechanical Engineering.
In these days when everyone is investing in agriculture with the economic situation and all, you are still rating fisheries alongside Education or even Physics. Let's see who laughs best.

Lolz this reminds me of one benue guy dat was offererd forestry and wildlife in the University of maiduguri back then in 2009.

When the admission list came out, his uncle who is a prof called him and congratulates him dat he was offered provisional admission in the University. Read their conversation bellow:

Prof: congrats son. U have been offered provisional admission.

James: wow uncle thanks. Which course?

Prof: Forestry and Wildlife.

James: Haba! Forest

Prof: yes son. Ure very lucky, start preparing for registration.

James: God forbid! Forest wey full Benue I never study dem finish, na Maiduguri forest I wan go study Uncle I no d come. Except if u can change it to anoda course.

Prof: its okay!by the time u'll starts begging for dis course, wildlife must have been removed remaining only Forest

This OP is very funny o. Do you think changing courses after you've gained admission in Nigeria University is very easy. How do you expect someone who chooses Physics (Which we all know is very hard) to cope all because he wants to gain admission..If you try this in Unilorin, by the end of the First session, either you find yourself in Jumpology or you face tanke.
