Well, we should be the best of what are are nah, lol
Anyway...there was an unspoken rule/norm when we were growing up....that it is uncool for females to smoke, drink beer or speak Pidgin
And it kind of stuck with me and, I assume, many others who were born and raised in the same place and time as me.

However I have seen life outside of Nigeria, women love their beers, smokes and totally do not get judged differently for these choices, ...also, I have seen really cool Nigerian females who were raised outside of where I was speaking Pidgin and making it an amazingly normal and beautifully local thing they can do , and I feel a handicap about not knowing how to.
Then these days, I also get happy at any unique African display...so I actually love Pidgin, and love when people speak foreign languages with their African accents showing..do you know what Sierra Leonie people have done with their Krio, their own version of W/African Pidgin English? Absolutely cool and is making them very expressive and articulate

Anyway, I also believe in live and let live....and I think honesty is a beautiful thing...shows up a person as self aware and confident
Maybe have a rethink on that Legend-guzzling babe that you know, or may meet. She is probably -doing what she loves, honest, confident, happy go lucky, totally adventurous, knows what she wants, etc
