Stop spewing thrash, am sure your dad never had the opportunity of purchasing this ride when it was in vogue cos he was a broke man. Everything you mentioned was present in my dads own. do a lil research before coming here to type crap, it will reduce the level of insult that shud be disbursed to yah due to yah naivety.

Thank God, I have a 1984 230E model, which I bought for my dad in 1995. I decided to keep the car after my dad's death. I must tell you that it is one of my five cars. It still looks as if it was bought like a few months ago and whenever I drive it, people never stop to express their delight and surprise at the fantastic state of the car. People might think that Mercedes Benz flat booth is outdated, but definitely I don't joke with mine and won't sell it for N3million even for any price at all. I intend to keep it until I die. I value it even more than my Lexus jeep. Since I live overseas, I intend to find a very clean one and break it up completely with all the parts and engine and ship them back home and keep them in my store so I can ensure that I have all the parts to replace any damaged part. I expect that in the next 5 to 10 years, it might be difficult to find the car overseas especially in Europe. It has not covered up to 10,000 km since I bought it in 1995. So the engine is as sound as a new car. I will post pictures on nairaland when next I come back to Nigeria and snap pictures of my lovely ride.

That dusky vintage car might not be the only car in the owner's possession. For him to have dedicated huge cash into that car shows he's rich and can affords any modern car that usually spin you off.

I saw the guy put a suicide door on a Chevy and was wowed. Nigerians are talented. I've visited his workshop along Kaduna road too. The guy is a done!
