If its like 400-500k now, he can buy a keke napep or Suzuki Mini Bus.

With 100k, its only buying and selling that will give him quick turn over there.

Maybe buy DVDs in Alaba and sell along the road at night.

Do something else in the afternoons.

Hi buddy, I have read enough ideas folks gave you here but all I have seen you do is give excuses. There are plenty boutiques, restaurants, gym places, printing presses et cé tera in one settlements but yet each of them thrive in their own different ways. You see, it's all about packaging, you can do a critical survey in that your area, pick one of the businesses that exist already which the 100 k can fund, look for the loopholes, for there must be. Then, go home, do your homework and brand, rebrand and package better. Present yours and it shall stand out.
A friend once said, do not be the first to start something, for the already existing one will help you launch yours better. Quit the excuses and get on the boat, remember not to procrastinate for its the enemy of progress lest the 100k goes down to 1k. Good luck.
