Gone are the days when you read a course, graduate, serve your fatherland and return to the government for a well paid job.
Now the trend is read a course, learn a skill, graduate, serve your fatherland, use your skill and sustain yourself while you look for a better paying job.
Entrepreneurs are the only ones immune from the hardship of depending on the government for sustainability.

Salaries, pensions, gratuities and bonuses are all employers' gimmicks. Entrepreneurship is the way to go. If you start a small business today, it may not bring you huge profits now. But with dedication and commitment, the business will begin to grow. Remember that Rome is not built in one day. So, don't be afraid of baby steps. It is high time we took our destiny in our own hands. If you desire small business ideas, I suggest that you vist http://legitsmallbusiness.com

Blame the Governors, they can resign if the States is too big for them to handle

I can't imagine how the Governor of a state will collect his salary and allowances without an hitch but will refuse to pay workers in the state, that's the highest level of being selfish and heartless.
