A six year old girl is raped by a 40 year old man. Who do we blame? It's not unfortunate for the guy, he deserves it even though I'm for the death penalty. No individual irrespective of the gender should be sexually assaulted even if they are NAK£D.

If the assaulter is above 18....automatically I say he should serve his age worth of sentence.
Below 18 he should serve 2yrs (to be fair to naivety and wrong orientation peer pressure etc).

Once the victim is below 13 then the assaulter should serve his age multiplied by her age....

So if he is 18 for eg. He gets 18 mandatory first, if the victim is 3 years old he gets 3 x 18.

The jail term should have been the age of the victim raised to power 2 i.e x² given x in this case as 19 19² jail term = 19 * 19 =361 But in the case of babies of below 9, x should be the rapist age
