To me the Grammer in the letter can be argued out by lawyers in court. From the letter the commissioner " is to write" so he has succeeded in informing AIT he will soon write to them undecided undecided

I dont know what you see but i see end of freedom (<of/after>wink speech.....can Dokpesi challenge the order in court?, when the judiciary is in disarray.

From the grammatical errors in the letter AIT can win in court.
1. The commissioner "is to write "

2. The commissioner withdrew the tittle of the letter, not the CO

3. The commissioner would have communicated in Hausa language

Bauchi govt ve it's reasons, afterall when it gave him the right to operate you were not told and let no one talk rubbish here.

It's now obvious that u guys have completely lost ur minds. U don't even know how to make rational decisions anymore. So we shouldn't question when a government shuts down a TV station that leans towards the opposition right? U guys are pathetic excuses for citizens

You are already bringing politics into it, did you read where I mentioned parties or opposition? So it was revoked cause AIT/Dokpesi is in the opposition in Bauchi state.. always crying foul... everything is politics in ur eyes, be crying why Dopkesi is doing everything possible to restore his Business.

U are obviously dumber than a bread knife. If u can't read the political motivation behind the move and u accept a blanket statement like "the overriding public interest" without demanding the meaning then this conversation is beyond ur ken. Scurry back into ur hole

U see people we voted for, putting ppersonal interest above everything. Do they know how many people that will loose their Job by that selfish action. Tell me the reason why both APC and PDP are not same and bent in multiplying nigeria plight. Why must a sensible person make such decision in this present situation nigeria found herself.

Bauchi State Government through its Ministry of Works, Lands and Housing, has revoked a 2013 "Certificate of Occupancy" granted Raymond Dokpesi's DA'AR Communication Plc.

The letter dated 23rd August, 2016 and entitled "Withdrawal order in respect of right of occupancy No. BA/35713 for overriding public interest" was addressed to the Head of Station, DA'AR Communication Plc,Tirwun, Maiduguri Road, Bauchi. Details later...

Very intolerant people. They can't tolerate opposition. They have started what they can not end, AIT belongs to Raymond Dokpesi, a southerner & opposition element. If NDA begins to target installations belonging to northerners & Dangote's investments are attacked, they should remember they started it.

AIT deserves a total BAN from Nigeria.
I do not belong to APC, in fact I hate Buhari's present policy on Nigeria no matter what error he is trying to correct. Is like up till now Buhari does not know the REALITY on ground. However, AIT ban is needful because Dokpesi has continuously refused to accept that PDP contributed more than 80% of Nigeria's present economics quagmire. He keeps painting PDP as saint.
He is a party member, what do u expect?
But stop lying sha u are an apc member! U are still pained by the anti-apc documentary ait aired b4 d elections.

I was telling a very dull nairalander that under igbenedion in edo state AIT and STV were not granted c of o to establish a network center so as not to drag market with ITV (ESAMA owned station) he was arguing like the usual ignorant people that litter this forum that forum.

When I see pdp supporters I automatically tag them ignorant people...

As for this bauchi issue, a clearer language needs to be used... so AIT knows which court to go to.
