What you are experiencing also happens in Android, all those apps have data that keeps increasing as you use them, like I said the best option is to factory reset your phone and only use apps you really need,maybe someone else has a better solution. You are welcome.

OK now, you ain't far from the truth. They have both packages , 1.5k for 3GB and 1k for 3GB..... just choose your choice .

again, they came up with this blockbuster 1.5k for 6GB works on all devices and PC. tested an trusted. .....

had to port from the 1k for 3GB for this latest offer

What I do sometimes to free up device memory is to delete stored back up files from whatsapp...
Open files, Misc , whatsapp, backup... You'll find some message stored files.
You can choose to delete them or you move downloaded and saved files to memory card....

If you're trying to upgrade your OS, get a system with BlackBerry link and good Internet connection or
You back up files from your device and do a security wipe, connect to the Internet with a system that has BlackBerry link installed on it and the latest OS will be downloaded and installed on your device...

That is what I am currentlyuusing, unfortunately it is not fast enough for downloading

OK, then please try and check your data balance of it will be successful. Mine has been showing general error for 3 days now and sometimes it says I should restore default apn settings.

Dial *777#, look for the option manage data under data, press the code for data balance and you will get a error response but wait a little after clicking ok, your data balance will be shown using ussd

I finally got a way to solve our impending WhatsApp problem.

I downloaded the Android WhatsApp, it's working well. I had to delete my BlackBerry native WhatsApp though.

The only setback is that I'm unable to send media. I'm able to receive media though.

I'm putting this up for people that don't have intentions of changing their phones.

Neatly used BlackBerry Z30 (actually 6 month old, bought it brand new) still with carton + accessories to swap with Infinix Hot S or Infinix Note 3/ HOT 4 or Tecno with WT least 2gb ram or any mid range android dual Sim with good battery.
