THERE WAS PROBLEM BETWEEN NSCDC PERSONNEL AND TANKER DRIVER, NOBODY CARES TO KNOW IF THE DRIVER WANTED TO DIVERT THE PRODUCT WHICH LED TO THE SHOOTING, BUT OUR YOUTHS ARE HERE BLAMING PRESIDENT BUHARI AND APC.
