What hospital did she use? U didn't give back' to us on behalf of your sis o #Paythedebt#

Well, to your question BC's are collected from county office not hospital and she does not need SSN to collect. Provide hospital name, we can tell her where to pick up

Eehyaa...so so sorry @leleti. No worries, it's going to be smooth sailing from here on by God's grace. If not that your travel plans are already set I'd have suggested you went somewhere with many Naija moms like Elpaso. Cos yes it wouldn't be easy with your injury but having peeps around can help to make it a tad easier. I'd very much hate for you to shelve your whole travel plans serious as this might be. Praying God to strengthen you mentally, physically, financially and in every way possible and grant you a most safe delivery at the end. Please keep us posted.

To God be the glory and in the spirit of giving back, the journey started off with our airport taking light for more than 5 hours which did not allow me purchase dollar at Travelex and they had but could not process without light. (their rate was N356 and you need your boarding pass, BVN and Ticket). Also it is wise to checkin online as that saved us a lot of hassles, the airline gave us priority as there was no light to attend to people checking in at the airport. I also requested for special assistance (wheelchair/Mobilecar) whilst dropping off our luggage which was a wonderful decision. DW was 36 weeks and no fit to fly was requested all through the journey...I think it depends on your carriage.

DW and I arrived Houston Airport yesterday via Amsterdam with KLM. The flight was very nice but their food get K leg..lol. The cabin crew were very nice, as they were always there when needed. They even gave us KLM souvenir gifts for the baby. So both at the Amsterdam and when we got to Houston, the wheelchair service were ready as she got off the plane.

So we had priority access straight to the CBP officer and the transcript went thus:

Me: Good afternoon sir
CBP: Good aftternoon
CBP: What is your purpose to the United state?
Me: To have our baby and vacation
CBP: Is this your first time to Houston
Me: Yes, in fact our first time to the US
CBP: In that case let me be the first to say welcome
Me: Smiles...Thank you sir
CBP: Where will you be staying?
Me: Sun Suites of Sugarland, Stafford (I had a booking)
CBP: Is that like a hotel or something
Me: Yes, Its a long stay apartment
CBP: How much have you got?
Me: $10+ (said the amount to the last 1 dollar)
CBP: Smiles...you seem to know the answers to every question I ask..like you already know what I am about to say next.
Me: Smiles back, i came prepared and declared everything.
CBP: When is she due?
Me: Told him
CBP: Place you four fingers on the scanner
Me: Did that and looked into the camera
CBP: Looks to wife on the wheelchair, Ma'am place your fingers on the scanner and look into the camera
DW: she does that.
CBP: stamps my passport, but didn't notice him stamping in DW, says since I am carrying above $10, we should proceed to declaration and agric.
Me: still surprised as i didnt touch my big burden of proof.

So I approached another CBP officer to ask why my DW passport wasn't stamped, he said we shouldn't worry that it is on the system and we are good for 6 months. We proceeded to get our bags and the Wheelchair service lady took us to the place, where i filled a declaration form and the CBP officer there collects the form and asks the same question, which I answered and he asked where I work and also my DW, I answered for both of us. Then he says you can GO. I was wondering go where...the wheel service lady said wheel the bags you are good to go. Next thing I see is EXIT.

Nothing was checked and no document was asked for. I didn't even open any of the four (4) bags filled with food: Pap, dried pepper, Yam, Indomie onion, Dried cat fish, Egusi, Beans, Garri, etc...(i declared I was carrying food on the plane).

The story looks long but all this was like in 15 mins and we were done. GLORY BE TO GOD FOR A SMOOTH JOURNEY. Chilling now at Soulcare Concierge apartment and awaiting my DW's appointment with Dr. Z.

Let me attempt ur question to the best of my knowledge :
1 - sorry i don't have a sample to show you but u must get the original copy from a bank.
2 - it requires the account details of the hospital/doctor
3- Form A is a CBN document so it's same for every bank in nig
4 - thanks!

sorry to take you guys back a bit, why is it that whenever domestic violence is being discussed, everybody keeps attacking the men and rarely does anyone talk about women that abuse their husbands? Shouldn't we treat domestic violence as a topic rather than as an opportunity to bash men who beat their wives where as there are also thousands of men who get abused but can't say it in public because of fear of being mocked and laughed at? DV is only discussed when the man raises his hand.. what of the woman that has spat on his husband face with loads of abuses? Some men don't know how to talk. They just use whatever they have and fiam beating... I am not justifying the beating so please don't misquote me, I am only saying the topic should be discussed on a broader scope so as to save those being abused in other ways asides from it being physical.

@bigfido. Valid point but to give the earlier posters some credit, someone mentioned it and said spousal violence against any gender is bad.
I once heard of a woman that after beating the husband, she'll flush the car keys down the loo and the man will run out of the house. Imagine that
