I grew up in this locality (about 27yrs ago), the man at the centre known as " baba eleja" killed the snake, this snake can not be up to 30yrs. We for don see am, we for don kill am. We have killed many before. How was the age calculated? It may have lived for long but not 30yrs, dat age na beans?

Python, python, python e everywhere. This particular specie of reptiles(snakes) are rearly seen b4. Why are they now everywhere n getting killed on daily basis. Some pythons might even b on this site but in dis Buhari time don't go about swallowing foul n d likes to avoid getting killed.

Give me one reason this beautiful python has to be killed for food. When God has provided all other alternative meat, beef and chicken and fish in abundance. Its purely lack of knowledge and cruelty to that innocent python ehhh!!
After eating it and then what?? But they have a lot to gain by not killing it. That python 30yrs old can bring fortune to them by not killing it but protecting it. This era of internet they can show to the world what they have in thier community in fact it can bring foriegn exchange, tourism both local and international to that community because of that python. They may have just eaten thier prosperity and God given breakthrough. Wisdom is the principal thing, get wisdom and understanding.
If that python was caught alive and kept one can still draft a beautiful story about it and post on facebook you will see how people will troop in into that community to see it. Then money will flow in.
