They use pre prepared gurantor forms incl of passport copies and state of origin docs ec.

When you use an immigration officer that is what they will include in your doc. Check it
Then remember because they ate the ones filling your form online they input whatever data they feel incl state of origin height weight eye colour and whatnot. You are not there so you don't know

They will never let you be there when they cybercafé guys are doing it.
My advice do it yourself.

It takes 2days but at ilorin you gonna pay an extra 12k or so after online payment....decided to do it at osogbo considering that they got 32pages. Paid 17k online. Just waiting for the interview right nao.

Mine was handled by an officer, I left there early, the online biotata was done a day before I visited. I only got there the following day for interview. BUT... I was not given same day , they said they will get back to me when it is ready in 2 or 3 weeks time.

But to answer your question...you'd still have to pay 12k extra on any one you do...as long as you did it online.. atleast I was told to.
Those folks at ilorin are strongly against the online payment thing...and will rather give you reasons why should not pay online instead of telling you how you can pay online without having issues. Shady fucktards!

Yes, I did mine in Abeokuta last week Wednesday. I paid 27k and I was told that I would have to wait for a week or two because the passports are made in Abuja and not in the state.

However, I asked them the reason for the delay and I was told that the materials used in making the passports are now really costly because of the dollar rise.

Meanwhile, I was also told that about 3000+ applicants are yet to collect their passports. So, I would have to wait until they are through with it.

I just hope I get it soon.

Note: I paid 27k for 32 pages and I was required to submit only two passport photographs.
