For an Es330? Is ur check engine light on? I drive an 01 Acura Mdx randomly and i get 14.2 mpg in city driving (with the Ac on and regular fuel), despite the manufacturer requiring premium fuel. Ur Es330 is meant to at least get above 19mpg in the City.

No check engine light. Engine runs like new.

Of course my stated mpg was with AC on and regular fuel (Lexus requires premium too so this will affect too).

I'm not sure the manufacturer city driving factors Lagos city driving. i.e I do roughly 35 miles daily and my average speed is only 12.5MPH. No manufacturer will use such a low average speed rating for city driving. Which is why am not too bothered. Lagos is killing mehn.

Why not?
That car can be tuned to be much more efficient.

Suggestions please.

I've read the manuals on how to optimize for fuel consumption.

I don't drive hard. Air filters were changed recently. No check engine light etc. so what could be missing?

my problem with peeps like you elms is that you do not read.

read again from page 1 and highlight where NgcoboP mentioned his Carina E on this thread.

if you had read the comments on this thread very well, you would have understood why i brushed off the member who claimed what is not and NgcoboP had no reason to support a lie.

the Carina e is a great fuel saver.. I believe that the 1.8 liter engine will do better than the posters 2.0 litre engine

And why has civility gone to the dogs on nairaland?
I think it is you @uboma that really needs to read, read and read again and also add a little wisdom and knowledge to your reading, because @NgcoboP carina e does not have a dashboard display of mpg doesn't mean he can not calculate his mpg manually. I have done that several times.
"A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, ......." I will spare you the rest of the quote.

That's impressive! A Peugeot 206 irrespective of the year is a no for me!! Can these stats be said of their recent models? If yes, Which of their cars? Any info will be appreciated.

I get a combined 25mpg on my 2007 honda accord EX-L. With current petrol prices that mpg feels too lazy to me.
