The Recent media trend fueled by the leak of the alleged “s*x tape” of the outgoing Miss Anambra, Chidinma Okeke, has provoked several reactions, condemnations and comments from Fans of the beauty Queen. Having taken time to analyze the recent Miss Anambra sex tape saga, here are my stands on it:

1. I have never and will never be a fan to the modus operandi of choosing the Mr and Miss whatever one wants to be. It does nothing but encouraging a lot of scandals. It’s a puff and sends negative impacts on the participants. The reasons are obvious : most of the participants have little or no knowledge of what they are doing as a result of poor orientation. Secondly, some get stuck half way and have no choice but to complete it, you can now imagine what a desperate person can do.

2. There’s no difference between the beauty pageant of a thing and gambling. It’s a glorified gambling, but people these days chose to be too economical with the truth. In view of this, I categorize it in the same line with betting, baba ijebu, try your luck, etc. You must have committed yourself a lot both in cash and in kind before taking part in the benefit. Having witnessed how the stuffs are done, you find out that at a stage the organizers already know the winner. Some times they sell a particular number to the highest bidder, the same way they declare the highest bidder a winner in the pageant of a thing. This most times elicit argument from the audience who from their sense of judgement may have thought that a particular individual should be the winner.

3. I don’t want to believe that it’s a means of promoting once business or idea. If I may ask, what form of idea or business are they promoting? Maybe there’s something business about it which I don’t know. It’s better to call it by its name, I want to make money by using innocent souls as bet to get people. To me, anything that does not educate or impact positively on the youths is not worth sponsoring. The sponsors to this type of thing already knew what they will gain. It’s quite pathetic to know that people do not expend their money where there’s nothing to gain from it. In this regard, except your loved ones who have no intent to defile you most of the big men demand one form of sexual satisfaction or another, in that you have nothing again to offer them.

4. No decent girl from a decent home would ever consider participating in beauty pageant. I have told people who met me on that issue severally about this. Certain things are not to be tested on the basis that you are principled. You shouldn’t create avenue for temptation, and start struggling to overcome it, most times its practically impossible, bearing in mind that you want something so dear to you. Therefore, the best form of protection is to avoid occasions of temptation.


5. Now, on whether the Miss Anambra sex tape is true or not. I do not want to also contend whether what she has been accused of is true or not, but I would rather not want one to be too fast in passing sentence on the girl.

6. Assuming without conceding the fact that it’s true, of what benefit will the broadcasting be to your life and the public other than cursing and calling her all sorts of names? Just have in mind that we all sin but differently. Funny enough the sentence is usually passed by people who do worst things than what she is accused of. MouthAction and cunninglingus are no better unnatural than using an object. Some do terrible things in their closets and come out to claim St nwekwe,regrettably they fail to understand that God is not also fooled as men. Runs girls and prostitutes (both male and female ) are all terrible, in fact worst.

7. If the story is true, does it serve any good to condemn or ruin her in public? I don’t think so. Preferably, find a way to get to her, she needs prayer and sexual reorientation.

8. Assuming the story is true also, it’s not just her image that is tarnished but, the students who may know nothing about it, the government which image she projects, her family who may not stand the shame and even every organizers of one beauty pageant or another. It therefore means that there’s no justification whatsoever for the public display of the innocent girl. She needs help and prayer as Pope Francis would say, and not condemnation.

Therefore, I must say that whoever that talks I’ll against this girl should be guided, bringing her down today, she will still rise tomorrow to a better and greater person. She’s human, and every human is fallible, it’s only God that’s infallible. It may or may not be true, hence don’t jump into conclusion.

What is the problem of these mods? Someone is in total journey to bring this girl down. Why is everybody not minding their business now. Yes what she did was totally barbaric and very shameful but who is a saint among you people. If only God can play some of the things we are doing in secret for just 30secs to the world, many will commit suicide straight without looking back.
After studying the case and seeing what happened, I could see that she was doing it with an instructions judging from the expression from the video. Those that recorded it did it on purpose either to gv her the job or blackmail her. Why was it that the very week that her tenure expired, then the video surfaced.
Something is not right with that video and everyone is calling for her head. I won't be surprised if it was the organizers that were behind these nonsense broadcast. That is why I pity all those so called ladies looking for fame within a week. This people will put camera everywhere to get you to your knees. They will sleep with you, blackmail you and still put you in bondage , and once you want to pull out , you are exposed.
I beg let the girl be, he who is a saint should cast the first stone.
And those those hemp smokers that are throwing the stories here, keep on and good luck, you will soon meet your Waterloo. And to those finger hitching hands that left many pending threads and push this one here, God is watching you. You will soon get your own rewards.
