as at this morning,instantgold.ng which is also one of the best exchangers in africa buys perfectmoney at rate of 475....their own phone numbers are always on and u can call them anytime u have any enquiry or issue, they deliver promptly..i have been selling my ecurrencies to them and they have never failed.....i wonder how some people will be using exchangers they cannot reach without delay....

This is the real Truexgold I've known for some years now, not the other proud one that didn't show any remorse whatsoever in talking to clients who happen to made the company a household name in e-currency business. To the real Truexgold, please endeavour to make sure that your colleague does not reply to messages here because the person might ruin the good name of the company. That's my advice.

i don't know if truexgold is dead or alive because for the past some days now i can't login or use the site. is it that one cannot login with mobile device or one has to register again because i can see the new design without transferring old user data to it. seems the site owner forgot to transfer all user data to the new platform. also what use is a website if one cannot login with their mobile device. you guys need to work on your mobile version to make it easy for one to login and make use of the sit. i can see that the password option is only number based which means all old user data is not transferred. you also forgot to add the Recover/forgot password option on your site. how do one recover their password or forgotten details. are you guys still in business or you are not active anymore

Hello, Sorry about your experience, but have you checked your SPAM messages. Its possible your Mail Provider is marking the Activation email as a SPAM mail. Alternatively, you can contact us on whatsapp or bbm to activate your account manually, but check your spam mails first. Support lines are reachable only on working days/hours. So if you call from 8am today, you should be able to get us, or you can text us to call you.

Truexgold you don't understand how much I lost yesterday been Sunday all because I was waiting for my funds to carry out my transaction. You do your business but you don't understand that someone else business is as stake because of your delay. I don't want to get too angry now . Since last week Friday I sold $144 neteller to you and its even more than 48hours and I haven't been credited.. Kindly refund my Neteller funds.

seems creating an account on your new platform takes forever to receive activation mail. even sending message via whatsapp, no response. you guys need to work on your new platform with regards to getting activation mail because it doesn't even appear in spam box. you may want to look into your database to check for newly registered user so you can manually activate them all because they will keep waiting till next year without getting activation mail, even including me too.
