Yes the LGA form can b signed at ur state liason office. The DPO of any station can sign for u. However they myt need a letter from ur liason office.

All man for himself. Come back home.. The military is not sometin any1 can sign for u. They need to see ya face and sign except u hv brothers or cousin that can help u out. I eint advice anybody to help u. Let me use myself as example.
Wat if im a militant or boko haram and im look for some1 to help me take my form out dere fir signing cos im far away from home.

Yes ya laison office can sign for u but for the dpo ish just go wit ya sign LGA to d station they should b able to sign for u..
