If he can not perform well in sales role, what makes the workers feel he would float well as country manager?

Lol, they said in an industry where there is nothing to sell! That's why the technology owners don't take us serious
with the present price regime, is there really anything to sell?? I guess that's what they meant. Tho, I am not in support of this, I think weatherford's problem is not just a Nigerian thing. The CEO resigned about 2 weeks back. Too many unqualified upper and middle management personnels in the company.

There are wonderful black bosses no doubt but I'll choose a white boss over black anytime.
Are all White bosses good? If not ... you are saying you'll choose to work under a bad White boss than to work under a wonderful Black boss. And we wonder why the Whites and the Chinese and the Arabs and the Indians treat us like slaves in our own land. The Point of No Return needs to be reactivated and people like you packed in a sail boat to destination unknown.
@topic..... the FG is responsible for ensuring the terms of the contracts are enforced. Why protest or make noise at the company? The federal agency and person in charge is the one that needs to be pressured.

Lamentations of a pained mofo. I used "I" and not "We" you fool. I have not spoken for anyone except mysef..Why are on running amok and ranting like a sex staved pervert? Stop pouring your frustrations on me as I ain't responsible for your joblessness.
And you even had to chip in extra information I didn't imply in my submission. You must have failed your psychology class terribly. This is why people fail aptitude test when you wouldn't answer the questions based on the information provided in the passage.
Stop asking from your ass all the times you asswipe!

You come across as one of those I mentioned - who would deprive their employees benefits just to curry favor from top management, satisfy their greedy appetite for pryhhic gains and advance their own selfish agenda.
Anyway, you've been heard and your one minute of fame is over. You can now bounce off my mention.
You know what I find interesting?
The government and even Nigerian owned companies dont pay their staff regularly but you dont hear Nigerians utter a sound.
AIT is notorious for delaying people's salary for up to 6 months and the story is the same across most Nigerian owned firms.
as for government bodies its even worse .. salary delays, unpaid allowances, you dont hear a whimper.
These oyinbos are saying we cant afford you go. Isnt thay being straight forward. Id rather a man tells me straight up I cant afford u than to play me. If the oyinbo doesnt pay they will still come back and be ranting. SMH

I know you were speaking about yourself. And my comment was directed to you.... and anyone else who share your view. Did you expect to make such a comment in such a forum and not get blow back? Your response show that you are suffering from more than inferiority complex.

Nigerians are the once maltreating each other and encouraging this type of nonesense. Believe me, i am certain that the previous country manager was aware of such irregularities and that the expatriates were using business visa to work but 'closed his eyes when the going was good'. Now he has been affected and crying wolf meanwhile he was an accomplice. If he had used his position honorable, things wouldnt have degenerated to this level
sapiosexual1:
Same olè same olè. It's not just the Chinese , Indians or Lebanese who are well known to maltreat us in our land, every fvcking country maltreats us and yet gets away with it.
Nigeria is really a mess.
These are the sort of cases the Minister of Labour, the Senate committee on Labour and House AD hoc committee should take particular interest in.
Our obsolete labour laws need to be looked at such that it would guarantee natural progression for Nigerians overtime.

Stop writing like a dumbass. I report to someone. Does showing preference for whom I'd love to report to shows inferiority complex? You just abuse a word you know nothing about just to feel among. Why not carry away your superiority complex away from my mention? Other writers here have arrested to what I wrote. I'm speaking from my own personal exepriences and how it affects you - I don't seem to get.

Keep roaming the street of Ajegunle with your superiority complex that only exist as a figment of your imagination hunting for a 20k job while the supposedly person with an "inferiority complex" is doing well career wise and earning what you can never dream to earn in your entire life.
Now, run along.
