why does he need a bank to do western union except if he is talking about a certified cheque (check) which is another option ...... he should just locate the nearest western union shop and go pay the sevis or walk into a post office and do a money order. i dont follow the 2 weeks he talking about . ....or has he done a runner with your money . just joking

did u check with bigfrancis21 , sirRiddy ,Texrem and walspring before sending it to your friend. any of these 3 might help u pay the Sevis .
