I bought a land from a retired custom officer and as I was about fencing some elderly people came to tell me I can't continue. the officer came and he was told that it was a faction of the family that sold the land to him, therefore the family does not recognize him. the case is still in ota magistrate court. buying land in ogun and Lagos one has to be very careful. a family can have up 3factions all want to have a piece of the cake.
