For the first time in 500 years NOT since HE Resurrected. Guess you missed this part : "The tomb has been sealed in marble since at least 1555 to protect it from pilgrims who kept stealing pieces as holy relics.[/b]But over the centuries the church had been destroyed and rebuilt so many times there were doubts about what it contained.

[b]Now the tomb’s marble lid has been removed for the first time in five centuries – revealing a miraculous discovery.

But what has warranted these words from u? I don't want to believe u're taken such a trivial issue personal. U're at liberty to attend any bible believing church that does not have any image to represent Jesus Christ. The images u seen around is certainly not Jesus and majority of Christians are aware of that. It however serves are a remembrance of what our Lord Jesus went through for us.

I adjoin u not to take the issue of religion personal, it's not a battle, it's simply an individual race.
So there are bible- believing churches separate from other churhes. Curious, kindly name 5 only from each group.

The irony of this is that the person whose tomb we're celebrating and revering has warned us about revering and celebrating idols such as this tombstone. Jesus and his spirit don't exist in any piece of marble or tomb. He exists in the hearts of those who call upon his name and those who fulfil his commands.

I can see why God hide the remains of Moses. People won't stop seeking for things to worship. I am glad that Christianity is by faith and not by sight. I wonder why anyone would be attaching importance to Jesus tomb which actually belonged to Joseph of Arimathea.if the tomb was important I am sure we would have references to it in the Bible. ROBERT POWELL Acted the film "JESUS OF NAZARETH in 1977" since then every uninformed Christians now use his picture to depict Jesus christ whenever the discussion about him arises.
Catholic and some other Christians even hung the picture of ROBERT POWELL on their wall saying he is their Messiah.
ROBERT had cried out so many times to stop using his pictures in their worshipping places that he is not the Messiah yet they wouldn't listen.
