During my University days it was mandatory for all 100l students(female) to go for breast cancer test. That was where a friend of mine discovered she has lump in her breast. She removed it, in fact she is married now even breastfed her baby oo. She won't die

In 2002 when we were very little, lump was discovered on my momma,,,,like I said, I'm not up to 8 then so I don't really understand wat it is then,,,after some lab tests,,,we were directed to Teaching hospital nnewi where the thing was removed .
Today she still lives for us,,,so no worry

She has a good chance of surviving cancer if you guys go for treatment early. Don't listen to people that will tell you not to go for medical treatment, they are killers.

Menh I feel ashamed and bittered when people make hasty medical conclusion based on hearsay and Google search. how can u arrive at such conclusion without first taking her to a hospital to ascertain exactly what the problem is? or is Nairalande ur family hospital? Please it's not all types of lump is cancerous lump. My kid sis had such lump on one of her breast and she was worried to death thinking it was a cancerous lump. Thank God she opened up and talked about it with me and we took her to hospital and she underwent a simple surgery to remove the lump and today she's hale and hearty, Married and has a bouncing baby boy. So take ur sister to a hospital and stop casting death spell on her. I understand ur worry but just know that It might not be a cancer.not every lump is cancerous. Visit a hospital !!! You've benn told wrong. There are lots and lots of cancer survivors. Get her to the hospital ASAP. Because her chances of beating cancer depends on how early it was detected.

OP you have not done the right thing.Take your sister to hospital.Incision or excision biopsy(ie removing all or part of the lump will be done).The removed lump will be subjected to histopathology test to know if it is cancerous or not.Likely it won't be cancerous.Majority of them are not cancerous.So rush her to hospital for the appropriate thing to be done.Panicking won't help your sister.The earlier the better

Breast cancer is easy to survive because one can just cut off the breasts unlike other ones that attack organs that cannot be removed. If people survive ovarian cancer or even lukemia (cancer of blood cells) then what is lumps that you have not even confirmed as cancer? Stop looking for pity on the internet and raise your head high. i think the right things should be done first. scan the lump to know if it is cancerous or not, then you can start necessary treatment before it would be too late. try not to make your fears obvious to your sister if not it will make her panic too, fear kills faster than the ailment itself.[i][/i]
