90% of breast lump are benign( non cancerous which are usually caused by hormonal changes ) just very few are malignant( cancerous) which requires mastectomy ( complete removal of the breast(s)..... Its nothing to few bro just let her go for the surgery, I pray hers is just one of the usuals (BENIGN)

For the fact that you saw some girls going for cancer scan doesn't mean they had cancer.
We're advice that once you notice a strange growth on the breast, see a doctor because they're carsinogenic, but the earlier the better before it's too late.

I know someone who got one removed cos it was just a lump.
