So what do you think, are you not entertained? angry angry
Just one minute of this video summed it up for me, NAF likes to overwork platforms... the Colombians have proven this aircraft can take the beating of extra flying hours.

low cost per flight hour.

can fly out of remote and hostile areas.

I think its a brilliant transport aircraft.

These are reposts, I'm posting them again here because they most have been lost in the arguments of yesterday.

Nigerian Air Force MI-24v attack helicopter

So, someone was asking what is the difference between an MI-24v and MI-35p. Here it is, the most visible difference is the guns each type flies with.

- The MI-24v has a chin mounted, quad barrel 12.7mm gun. 4 x 12.7mm. It's from Ukraine.

- The MI-35p has a double barrel, twin auto-cannon 30mm. 2 x 30mm, side mounted. It is the export version of the Russian MI-24.

- The MI-35m on the other hand has a chin mounted, twin barrel, 23mm cannon. It also has an X-shaped tail rotor, fixed landing gear, night vision and a fiber main rotor.

All 3 types are in service with the Nigerian Air Force.

It's an excellent platform. NAF should just go for 6 units. The Colombians have proven the aeroplane can take the beating. With each aircraft clocking 1200 flight hours a year. It can carry 76 fully loaded infantry men, low cost, low fuel consumption.

How many men can the C-27J carry?
TDS provided by the manufacturer states it can carry 60 fully equipped soldiers.

i watched people talking about the alpha jet as if its nothing...

facts:....

1. we are doing very well with the alfa jets..some people call it a trainer jet..but i am not the opinion..
it can be upgraded easily and cheap...

2.we can buy the licence and specialize in it..if proforce and innoson are capable to build or assemble a car then we can easily produce it ourselves...

3.alpha jets can be mounted with missiles or bombs too..

4.mach speed..may not be super mach speed but its mach speed enough...

5.we are the only nation that has control over the skies in west africa....

6.a f35 is not necessry when we have only friendly black nations around us...combining all west african aerial power is already world power...west african nations have different types of aircrafts..combining forces is important and much cheaper to maintain...

7.we dont need to buy a f35 when we can just train our pilots to even operate f35s...
we just hijack the f35s our enemies has and use it against them..we have the manpower and intelligencia..

sooooo..no matter how anybody sees it...the alpa jet is a good start that can be upgraded to whatever we wish in the future...

i see alpha jets as manned drones with co-pilot..

i played alot of rally races games...i know how important a co-pilot is...

drones??...well drones...i dont know..but drones are a very dangerous game in a world that hates itself...

the 2nd world war will be nothing compared to the 3rd world war...

the same way the 1st world war is nothing compared to the 2nd world war..

which mad person is controlling the drones??.

or you wan give control to maschines terminator style.....

what makes you think a maschine would like you??..

maschines are logical,humans are not....
