Does France offer post graduate visa, after studies?

If yes, what is the duration?

There is usually a non-renewable one year work permit given to masters students after their studies to find a full time job.

How much will it cost to run a masters program in the sciences? How easy is it to get a masters scholarship or tuition waivers?

I think France is better known for its management courses amongst international students. The main barrier for masters program in sciences might be getting a good school that offers that in English. However, there are scholarships but I do not know of many Nigerians here on scholarships except those on TOTAL scholarships from Nigeria.

Construction and Engineering, they are most comfortable with engineers who passed through their system. Except you get an international construction company that doesn't mind international expertise. Secondly for such technical jobs, you will definitely need a good command of French to even find a job.

First you will need to get an admission to a school to get a visa, don't come here on a tourist visa hoping to switch to a student. You will have to go back. France is one of the best places to work in the world according to different rating, however, it is very difficult to get a job if you go to 2nd tier school and a foreigner with no or little command of French.

Sadly I can't help you secure admission, I am not an agent or any of that sort. Tuition is usually between €400-€15,000 depending on if it is a public university or a private higher institution.

With your tourist visa you can travel to all the countries in the Schengen area, Germany included. I am sure you cannot extend a tourist visa to a working visa. I advice you apply for the appropriate visas for your intended purposes. I fail to see how smooth working illegally in Europe will be for you.

Yes. You will need to pass the initial assessment tests, and serve for 5 years with them. The good news is that they do not require a valid visa to join them, any ID document will suffice. A friend of mine left the UK to France a few years ago to join them because his UK visa was expiring, he is loving the Legion so much that he has extended his initial 5 year contract.
