It started with militancy and kidnapping of oyibos.

Many gave support overtly and tacitly.

It graduated to kidnap of the wealthy and we thought it was cool.

Right now it is at our doorstep.

We have to find a solution otherwise even Kasali the gateman would be abducted.

Why are Nigerians eating each other for God's sake? Its very clear who the real victims of any civil unrest in our country will be, not the politicians but the average person struggling to make life worth living.

The picture with the man was IMO unnecessary - these kidnappers also go through people's phones, FB posts and what-have-you to view pictures of their victims in order to assess their lifestyle. They also read posts and newspapers for reactions by the public in order to 'up their stake'.
