That was not the best crop of U23 players we had, but we had to make do with the team anyways.

Wenger asked him to step down working as a Sky pundit because he can't be working with the players during the week while criticising them on match day on TV.
Stam was also on the same Uefa Pro license pursuit, his studies took him to Ajax as reserve team coach then at Southampton as an under study to Koeman.
These experiences qualifies a candidate for Uefa Pro license. Its like an internship programme
