Yes it has. Make sure you redonate on the one you donated before. It was instant you donated before, redonate on instant too, thereafter your cash out date will be like 6 or 7days time.

Tomorrow, a new rule will come out, and the id!OT poster above me is saying trash. Don't be blackmailed to make any donation, unless you have mad'ass money stuck up there which is even wrong in the first place because I kept seeing peeps with over 600k in a ppnzi website. Wrong!
