Sure, I don't mind at all.

Hello, and good evening. I hope I met you well, and success in your assessment today.
if it's not too soon, would you please share what the experience today was like and what we can expect at FMN?

Don't prepare for something too serious. This stage will test you prowess in practical situations.
You'll be splitted into different groups of 3. Each group would take turns carrying out two different test. Anyone of these two described below could come first for your group.

Test 1: You'll be presented with a sample of flour which you are to measure and sift through a series of sieves. You'll be making use of a sifter which you most likely haven't used before so I'm sure your ability to understand how machines work would be graded.
Hint: ensure each of the sieves are perfectly fitted into each other and the clamp STRONGLY TIGHTENED over the top cover.

Test 2: You'll be presented with two samples of flour and required to determine if they are from the same flour or not. Colour, texture and a comparison of particles under microscope should help you make your decision.
Hint: You should ask if you are allowed to taste. I didn't and I felt stupid since flour is perfectly edible.

Good luck.

A lens actually.

The assessment is just as succinctly described by @SirElaw. And please work together as a group. Engage yourselves.

Just to fill a medical questionnaire. And you'd be given a slight Safety lecture too.

Thanks a lot. I really do appreciate your generosity, and I'm sure I speak also for others like me yet to be assessed.
But if I may ask again (this has been confusing me for a while, and may even sound stupid): What exactly is a T-shirt? (lol)

I'm guessing a button-free short-sleeved shirt with little or no flamboyant design.

Just wear any shirt if you're still confused. They didn't seem to mind. Some people even wore polos and collar shirts. Just focus on the assessment.

Nope. They already have your CV which you may have uploaded through their recruitment portal. What you can do if you have updated any part of your CV is to log into to your profile page on the portal and upload or replace as the case may be.

For the first one, your readings would be written on a table provided. You are expected to simply state your findings in the second one.

Hi...please I need to clarify something.

What are we really meant to do after measuring/sifting the grain in Test 1?

Don't fret dear, there's a procedural note your group would be presented with to follow. Just follow the note to the latter as it contains all the instructions you need. What you have to make sure you do at all times is to work TOGETHER in the group. It's very important.

The first 30 minutes are used to move you guys to the senior staff canteen and get you settled in. By 9:30, you will be given a safety lecture for circa 20 minutes. Just try to get there by 9:30 as the safety briefing is important and you will be required to sign a sheet stating that you were there to hear it. In my time people got there while the safety guy was giving his lecture. I guess you can stretch it to 9:45 tops.
