Use the toilet at your hotel or house before travelling and avoid drinking too much water. If beans is your weakness...Avoid it like Bisola did TTT.

Do not over dress because you go pull shoe, pull belt, pull every every...Dress simple.
Wear the heaviest shoe Un ur bag

Dont be like my grand pa that was travelling abroad and was offered food and drinks in the plane, Old man rejected everything, Only for him to go over 12 hours journey on a hungry stomach, Papa thought it will be paid for by him, when he got to his destination and was complaining he was super hungry , they were shocked as this airline was known to be top notch in feeding their passengers. So they asked papa, didnt they serve food in the plane, Papa said they did but me i cant waste money on those expensive meals oo, Everyone just burst into laughter, Haaaa Papa you have dull yourself oo, Its all paid for, Its free, anything you order is free, You can even ask for more said one of my aunts. grandpa said seriously? He was so mad that on his return flight, he drank over 21 cups of tea and juice cheesy cheesy he ordered for more plates of food. if possible he would have gotten take away lol

I remember my first time. wasn't that bad. my heart was Legendary beats for the first 45 minutes in the air. lmao. i was scared for real. I remembered ADC, Sosoliso and Bellview and shook my head in fear. hahahahahaha

If you are travelling abroad for the first time you need

Travel Documents

Travel documents are essential; find out if the country you’re visiting requires a visa. Some countries require a visa before arrival while some require a visa on arrival. LONG HAUL FLIGHTS:
- make sure you go online and pre-book your seat as much as 24hrs before the flight... Choose a proper seat with enough leg room for sleeping duty. Doing it at the check in can be a hit and miss, unless you arrive really early (no no for me)

- In most "proper" airport, you just need to arrive 1hr before Your international fight, and all is well (check in never closes before that)... No need to waste unlimited time at airport waiting for your flight. All airlines say that we should arrive 2/3hrs before departure simply because if everyone arrived 1hr before the flight, there wouldn't be enough time to check everyone before the flight takes off.

- party real hard the night before your flight, go home, quick shower and pick your bags straight to the airport. As soon as the plane is in the air, close your eyes ET VOILA, by the time you reopened them, you've arrived at your destination.

- always bring a comfortable sweater as their AC is a biatch.

I didn't have issues my first time cos I travelled with a friend who's a constant flyer however while on board to n from my destination, I lost my hearing ability n it only got restored hours later.
