Guys chill he said its a revolving loan and we must remember it's not just small beer parlour owners that benefited but also small restaurants and food vendor ..The only problem I see is if they refuse to payback the loans so others can benefit and why they had to waste so much money to print those large costume cheques when the money used to print it could have aided 3 more people..Hate him or love him Oshoko is blazing a path in a new political field of crude subsistent welfarism and it seem to be getting him the numbers he needs to be the father of Ekiti politics
