The emirates does not owe any explanation on how the funds was spent because the emirates since its establishment have being known for flamboyant lifestyle. It is part of hausa culture that the emirate shall live a life of splendor.
Please if any Nairalander have being observing or you can even watch it on YouTube how hausas exalt and venerate Royalty.you can see how emir(s) -not just that of kano- are living a flamboyant lifestyle with Nobody holding them to ransom. Supposing the emir of kano SANUSI II didn't call for restructuring of the north he would have received more than ten limozees and other goodies without being question.
