2 things caught my attention... 1) the gains of democracy since 1999... this is coming from an apc chieftain... it's the first time in 3 yrs that there's been any acknowledgment of gains in the 16 yrs of pdp rule 2) the summary of this piece is simply "let osinbajo take over constitutionally " ... the whole gist was presidency is corrupt and behind the stress the president is facing , Baba is disappointed with them et al, this isn't 1993 when Hausa deposed a Yoruba to take power and if it does happen it'll turn chaotic 4 Likes |

PRESIDENT BUHARI HAS GOOD INTENTIONS FOR NIGERIA, I WISH WE COULD SEE HIM FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMANITY MORE THAN POLITICISING EVERYTHING. HE IS A HUMAN BEING FIRST BEFORE BEING A PRESIDENT OF FELLOW HUMANS. WE MUST NOT REASON AS IF WE ARE ALIENS. LETS PRAY FOR OUR PRESIDENT, MUSLIMS, CHRISTIANS AND ALL. GOD IS NOT HUMAN, AND DOESNT REASON AS HUMANS DO, IF HE HAS ERRED, IT IS HUMAN TO ERR. WE ALL HAVE ERRED IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. ALMIGHTY GOD IS SUPREME! LETS PRAY FOR OUR PRESIDENT. I KNOW ALMIGHTY GOD CAN AND WILL HEAL HIM, IF WE CONCERTEDLY PRAY FOR THIS. 2 Likes |

All I see here is the usual intrigues surrounding our political landscape. Oga Bisi, we understood your concern. It is all about upholding the constitutional provision which you guys envisaged right from the onset. Yes, your calculation is working perfectly well that your partner's protégé will roll on the back of a northerner to rule the country under your influence (indirectly). It is appalling that APC as a political platform believe Nigerians are fool to buy into your submission. What can one expect from a party of different bird fellows. Wishing you guys continuous infighting to undo one another in the quest for the national cake... 1 Like |

SIRmanjar:What a very powerful advice. The vegitable is getting weaker and softer by the day. The Ipob members should stay clear of the definite dark result that must come. As usual, Osinbajo will never be allowed and that the likely venue. Since you are the targeted enemies, do not have your hands in the uncertainty that will befall the north and the west. That is very guaranteed. Remember the records that the west had remained the slaves of the north 4 Likes |

This old man should sit down somewhere. His job is to prevail on Buhari to resign, and not prayer sessions from Nigerians. Our idea of religion is very astonishing, something that is very easy to be done, we rather pray to get it done. Buhari needs more of himself to stay alive than Nigerians praying for him to stay alive. 1 Like |

We allowed Buhari and his people get away with 59 days away from work now he's trying to test our limits with a longer period away from work. Its time to stand up and say no. We don't want ghost workers in Aso rock. If he can't attend FEC meetings, he's no longer capable of discharging his duties as President. That's the number one ground for impeachment. 1 Like |

ednut1: If Buhari had not been allowed, apc coalition would have broken. Buhari would have gone out of the coalition with his cpc group. I don't think Tinubu had a choice than allowed the man had his way. Tinubu was just desperate to dislodge pdp and see his party in control of power. Buhari is the architect of his own and current Nigeria problem, a power-drunken man. He was given power to avert crisis, still in power the crisis looms. I have always maintained that the man is a man of violence. Alive, he portents violence, dying he still seems to invite violence. Nigeria needs a great prayer at this point. |

Saraki and his associates are really teaching Tinubu and his own associates real politics. What I hear from this message is a cry of manipulator who's being played and defeated in his own initiated battle of wits. The unfortunate thing is that the populace would always bear the brunt of this kind of macabre in play. I wish PMB speedy and total recovery. |
