Reading... That Nyako guy deserves a firing squad. How would you, out of anger, vent out a core national issue in the house of a stranger? For those calling GEJ corrupt, who has spoken against Buhari that hasn't been visited by DSS? Yet El-rufai boldly called GEJ names and this Nyako guy. GEJ, Buhari both had better plans....Patriotism for Nigeria and against USA killed Jonathan. Whereas, collection of corrupt and incompetent, non-technocratic mini-sters and former thieves are killing Buhari. 1 Like |

The question is how long would it take you to wake up to the fact that conspiring with a foreign entity to undermine the authority of a sitting president is a treasonable act? Is this not the basis for the current attacks on Trump's election team? Don't you think it's hypocritical of Obama to sanction Russia for the same thing he did to Jonathan? No foreign government has the right, NO MATTER WHAT, to interfere in another country's electoral process. And by the way, what do you think Obama would have felt or done if, say, Russia (or Isreal) had divisively invited ONLY the governors of the Southern States of the US to a closed door meeting in Moscow or Jerusalem prior to the 2016 US election? ba7man: |

pchukwudi: @ba7man You should sit back and think again. You don't want to experience "Sometimes in April" or "Hotel Rwanda" or ISIS in middle East or what happened to Gadafi. Bro, when a foreign influence lays hold on the authority of a nation, it's called neocolonisation. First, they crush our oil, then our Naira. Or you want us to start dealing in dollars before you wake up? |

this is the weakest Nigerian leader we've ever had. Be a 'hero' for once. Accept responsibility for your failure and move on. Stop looking for who to blame. only shows he's still hurt. |

You see, I just laugh when I see kids on Nairaland talk the way you just did. But here's the real situation: Even the current VP has a foreign bank account. But GEJ had made it clear REPEATEDLY that he has zero bank account or any other asset outside Nigeria. He even dared all the whistlblowers in the world to come up with a contrary evidence. Yet, up till forever, no one has countered GEJ's claim, let alone accusing him of holding any stolen asset. But why do kids like you still assume that GEJ is corrupt? Media manipulation of course, coupled with herds mentality and gross information illiteracy. So why would the media manipulate the gullible masses to hate their president? Why would the local and international cabal instigate the media to smeer-tag GEJ as corrupt? The answer to both is: Power grabbing. The concipiracy of calumny was hatched merely to push GEJ out of power. Nothing else. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with corruption or welfare of Nigerians. So why was the power shift so important to both the local and international cabal in 2015? Why was it a matter of life and death to them? Glad you asked. Now pay rapt attention. The gangup against GEJ prior to the 2015 elections was 110% due to oil politics. What's new about oil politics you may ask. Well, the new thing is that GEJ did not award any oil well in his 5 year sojourn as the head of state. Why? What's so special about that? Well, GEJ is from Niger Delta. Thus he perfectly understood that the heartbeat of Niger Deltans is not just increased derivation principle (or even regional development per se) BUT FULL RESOURE CONTROL. So GEJ refused to award new oil block lincences (and he even priorotized developmental projects in other regions) because all the existing oil block licenses were going to expire in 2017. But that's not the main twist. The actual provative twist is that GEJ was determined to replace the proverbial national cake with the CONFAB refinement and implementation (which would likely see to it that each region produces and controls its own rosources). This singular resource control change, if officially implemented, would have changed the oil game in Nigeria FOREVER. And guess what? The cabals would have been the ultimate losers. Thus, since GEJ refused to bow to no godfather, allowing him to win the 2015 presidential campaign was a risk too fatalistic to consider. Thus, to the cabals, kicking GEJ out of Aso Villa became a task that must be done. Pushing him far away away from power, BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY, became the rallying point for all the cabals regardless of their diverse party lines and religious/ideological differences. All the cabals came together with their international colleagues for just one purpose: push GEJ out of power and install someone who's willing to kill the CONFAB and maintain the status quo at all cost. And in order to gain the approval and support of the ignorant masses (for the evil cause), most of the media entities were bankrolled both locally and internationally to tag GEJ as corrupt and see to it that the stigma sticks - EVEN THOUGH THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT. Now the rest is history. Or is it? The aim was actually to totally crush GEJ and all his loyslists, but, somehow, their handlers made a huge strategic blunder: they undersetimated the militants. Well I really hope that you kids got my drift though. I hope so because everything written up there is purely based on my.mental connections which can be made from the events since 2015 by anyone with an open and dicerning mind. gcof:Shale oil has made oil exporting countries less significant to the US, remember oil prices fell because the US has rammed up production of her shale oil. Nigeria is no longer important to the US. |
