Then some Igbos will say they are the most entrepreneurial.

See Yorubas dominating the list. Even Dangote's biggest investments are in Yorubaland.

Those are people that stole from you. you dont call them billionaires.
Government made billionaires

Real billionaires are self made ones. you can only see that in the land of
the rising sun.

100 million poor people to share 28.8 billion dollars.

How much would each get?

That's 28.8 dollars each. How would that end poverty?

These rich men don't have the kind of wealth that would end poverty in Nigeria. OXFAM needs to do more research next time. undecided

Not to talk about AbdulSalam Abubakar, Obj and Atiku. These guys are more richer than Otedola grin

The people mentioned above have not had access to government money before. Dangote is named the richest because he has not had access to government money. You think Dangote is richer than IBB or T.Y Danjuma?

who do they help?

Them help thousands of Nigerian and African if not millions.

People working under Dangote are more than Federal Government workers in Nigeria.

Wealth is distributed equally in the east, you can never compare an average Igbo man with an average yorrober man in terms of wealth.

Everybody hustles for his own not enriching a few people, that is what an ideal society should look like not...

1 rich man =500 poor people.

Re: Nigeria’s Top Five Billionaires Whose Wealth Could Wipe Out Extreme Poverty by Nobody: 2:55pm On May 19, 2017
1. What exactly do they mean by wiping out poverty.?

2.OK....assuming we collected all the liquid money from all the rich men and split it up among the poor of this country....what happens when the poor finish spending the money?

3.That they are billionaires does not mean they have billions sitting in some safety deposit box in a vault somewhere. Part of that money is in physical assets like land, factories, etc.

4.If you want to build a welfare state that caters for the poor, make sure you have a stable source of money to fund it.
