I thought English and the comprehension of it is supposed to be universal how is it that what I wrote which you responded to, you failed to read it in a way you would have understood.

I said I was a trauma surgeon for 3 years before enlisting as an EMT or EMS as an advanced paramedic practitioner. I have said here that I am not your average paramedic.

My qualifications prior to enlisting could not make me an ordinary paramedic. As an Advanced Paramedic practitioner or super paramedic as we are called I am required to do the following while on the job which is either invasive or non-invasive including:

Cardiac Monitoring
Cardiac Defibrillation
Transcutaneous pacing
Intravenous cannulation (IV)
Interosseous (IO) access and Intraosseous infusion
Surgical Cricothyrotomy
Needle Cricothyrotomy
Needle decompression of Tension Pneumothorax
Advanced medication administration through parental and enteral routes (IV, IO, PO, PR, ET, SL, topical, and transdermal)
Following protocols as set forth by AHA (too detailed to give you here)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Following protocols as set forth by AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) also too detailed for you
Following protocols as set forth by Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) too detailed for you
Etc

I chose to become a field helper out of personal passion and care and how badly some critical situations were handled before they were brought in. A lot of you do not know the segmentation of the emergency services people receive such as the responders, the technicians, the emergency medical technicians, the emergency medical technician intermediate, then paramedics who are above those already listed and further grouped into those with BSL training (basic life support) and those with ABLS training (advanced basic life support) which is where I am and what I provide.

When you do not understand anything do not trash it until you do.

Leave long story... I'd rather you become a native doctor. There u can evoke spirits and do magic which u so much believe in

Apologies to you as well. Actually ignoring anyone when holding a discussion knowledgeable to both is quite rude. It's better if you had said you did not wish to discuss it then I would have gone with your decision.

Hi your name is confusing. Are you male or female?

If you go back to page 5 here you will see where he called me a bloody quack (his exact words).

We were having a civil discussion and he just dropped that. I would not have lost my cool if he did not say that first. I followed his lead by repeatedly calling him a quack as well.

This website is indeed scary. In just a few days of being on I have seen stalkers, trolls, people with dangerous complexes and uncontrollable anger issues. It makes me wonder how they react in real life scenarios if they are this way here.

Everyone wants to be a bully and shout you down and for what reason? Simply because you did not support their position.

Even a certain Akintom had to dedicate a whole page to me due to his insecurities. His insecurity is his problem but he had to drag me into it. Why? Instead of seeking out professional help he is busy licking his inner turmoil.

Sorry for my rant. It's just that this place is not healthy.

I hope it doesn't continue that way and I also hope it will continue to be very rare. Let's not attack personalities but attack the message. We're here to voice out our opinions and not to diminish one's reputation.

It's just like a debate, you don't force one to see from your perspective, let the audience decide. And you don't have to fret simply because you could read the mind of the audience at that point in time. There's always another time and another thread to get the attention of the audience.

These armchair atheists are at it again.

Spacetacular, you don't have to provide too much information about yourself just to prove a point to these "freethinkers"(which their bigoted minds would still not accept even if proven). An example is that one asking where you did your F1 and F2.

You don't even have to provide any information about yourself. That is not necessary. Speaking verifiable truths alone is enough to prove your genuineness. There is no depth too low for these "freethinkers" to descend in a bid to fight the truth staring them in the face. They are known for leaving the argument ground wounded and beaten to a pulp, only to come back with attacks on the person based on the information they have about him/her.

Romans 1:20-32(KJV) aptly describes them.

Our heavenly father wants us to enjoy good health, and that all may go well with us, even as our souls prosper.
The words we say to ourselves on a daily basis goes a long way in determinig our physical health.
Our words can be our salvation and our words can be our damnation.
Here are positive and powerful words that you can speak to your body,
and as you speak with confidence, it will be done unto you according to your faith.

our doctor at it again

what does "armchair atheist" even mean

I've heard the word "armchair" used in conversations many times and its usually referring to someone who tries to claim to know more than whatever word accompanies the "armchair", eg "Armchair coach" refers to someone who isn't really a coach but feels he can do the job of a coach better than the real coach example would be in football discussion "Zidane shouldn't have substituted Modrić for Morata, that was what collapsed our game and we lost, it was asinine of him to have done that" this armchair is claiming to know better than the real coach despite not probably having seen any of those players in real life and never having coached a single top professional game in their life

so the word "Armchair atheist" is pretty dumb and makes no sense cuz it sounds like they're not atheists but pretending to be better atheists than atheists

but Christians aren't in the business of not being dumb, or are they?

Spacetacular, you don't have to provide too much information about yourself just to prove a point to these "freethinkers"(which their bigoted minds would still not accept even if proven). An example is that one asking where you did your F1 and F2.
I don't think she needs you to tell her what to do, its her prerogative and her saying where she got her certification(s) from isn't TMI in my opinion

There is no depth too low for them to descend in a bid to fight the truth staring them in the face.
what truth that Catfish is a quack

Yes I concluded ur spewing garbage because it makes no sense for a trauma surgeon to become a paramedic. Did you really abandon all those years of specialist training?

You are prolly just one of the numerous healthcare professionals who works in ER and you want to claim surgery. Chill
