Irish scanner, Screen resolution, expandable memory, screen size, heart rate sensor, dispay per density, cornilla gorrila. mi6 is faster in opening apps and multitasking but S8 is good all round so please stop being sentimental.

Display per density you won't notice with your individual eyes.so they are both high

Samsung didn't steal Water resistance from Sony. It's been on existence since 2005. Android phones like Motorola Defy and Samsung Xcover got it even before Sony did on their smartphones.



Again, Samsung isn't chasing 4K resolution. Resolution shouldn't matter unless you're using good VR, which renders 4K on Sony kinda useless. And also, 4K is limited to media content on those phones. So, it's still fairly useless



Sony XZ premium is more expensive than S8
Samsung's 3000mAh is on par and better than most smartphones including the XZ premium

I don't think Samsung flagship are overpriced. You should check out the cost of production of S7 and iPhone 7 then compare the retail prices?

S8 is even costlier to produce and if it were an Apple product, I'm dead sure it will cross $1100 for the base model.

The battery isn't an issue cos the chipset and optimisation makes it up. The awkward finger print is the issue but the fast iris scanner does the job too.

From the business side of things, both Apple and Samsung are overpriced just because they can get away with it. Price is another unique feature in a phone these days. high price makes everyone want it even more and people that can't afford it no matter what get really angry and jealous.

Actually, the samsung s8 is not that quick at opening apps as even the blackberry Keyone beat it but chester48 is obviously very biased for saying for dismissing samsung s8 features and saying "64GB would handle whatever you need in a phone", that's comedy to me coz when you're recording in 4k, your memory would empty out real quick. Even without 4K recording, i have to delete things on my iphone to keep the memory below the mark. Let's not forget that 64GB is really like 50-55GB available storage space.

Like I said earlier, I don't think Samsung is overpriced. You should check out the amount spent on R&, Advertisement, staff, outsourcing et al. Same can't be said about the Chinese firms. Regarding Apple, they usually use old tech which makes them cut cost and considering the number of fans they usually get away with it.

iPhone 7s and 7s plus will debut this year with the same design as 6 and 6 plus which is a 4 years straight design language

HTC tried it just three times and the media killed them. They spend less on R& and less staff too.

its just 2simple, in term of camera sony remain the best in dis planet. try to check all dis tins b4 u start 2compare, 1. camera, 2. battery, 3. procesor, ram, rom & chipset, 4. resolution, so sony, xiaomi &iphone 7 upward are currently using sony IMX 386 which remain d best type on earth, so now just use d rest 2jugde but 4me i prefer xiaomi mi6 or d upcoming mi6s plus

Mk we remain for ram and processor die

Only if u know how convenient and important finger print scanner is to many people

U talk about saving time with mi6 because of the fast app loading with very little time difference with the s8 both u don't consider fingerprint scanner as part of saving time
When u just ve tab it to unlock ur phone or complete online transactions without having to enter long series of password
