I agree these playoffs have been crap. Spurs Pistons was worse but thats debatable.

But my question is, whose fault is it. When warriors who got to the finals still went hard after Durant and a few other pieces, what was the rest of the west looking at? Other than rockets, who else? When cavs, the reigning champs kept making trades all season where was the rest of the east?

The super teams argument is an excuse! Detroit pistons with no superstars beat the lakers with kobe, shaq, payton and malone!! I refuse to blame 2 teams for working hard to get where they are while other teams were sleeping angry
Spurs vs Pistons debatable ke? You mean the year they faced the Suns in the West and the Pistons vs Shaq and the Heat in the West? I no agree oo

It is easier for the Cavs and Golden State to attract star players and make trades my guy. Korver, Williams, West, Pachulia are all taking change to play for them. Ray Allen was on a minimum to play for the Heat.

Lool. Karl Malone was like 40, Gary Payton like 36 or 37. I don't know why una like to dey use that 2004 team as example. They were geriatric bruh

God will punish Silver and that referee. I would never forget that game. 25pts we dropped to within 7 and then Refs will immediately give Cavs FTs to extend the lead. Look at 3 of those fouls. The Kyrie, K Love and last Lebron one. They are so clear as day even Stevie Wonder could see the farce of refereeing decisions those were. I pray Curry and co use it as fuel to completely annihilate The Cavs come NBA finals (if we meet).
That last foul really pissed me off. We'll meet again definitely

Guy bone the top heavy thing. We all know the Cavs were playing possum, the degree at which they were doing so was underrated largely but they can afford to take games off

Even in the East we have the upper echelon. Used to be Cavs, Celtics, Orlando then Pacers, Celts, Heat now its the Cavs, Raptors

We have rubbish teams in the East just like the West
shay them dey play possum for this last game too?. the teams that beat them should get credit for beating them.
cavs is on top the 2nd best team isn't clear wizards-raptors-Celtics dey drag number 2
bucks-miami-hawks-pacer-bulls no clear strongest. na how me see am.

Houston is the only team that surprised me in the west.

Folks easily hype T.Lue, S. Kerr, yet BRAD STEVENS is doing the job under the radar without much talk.

Aside Brad Stevens coaching which was briliant. Especially with his rotations. The absence of IT really allowed things to flow a little better offensively. Aside the insanely incompetent duo of Amir Johnson and Terry Rozier everybody else contributed. Marcus Smart was dynamite Bradley was excellent too

The rebounding has to be better though. Na where I dey always follow your guy Horford fight be that. For his size he is quite poor at it

This W without IT would give D. Ainge sleepless nights about possibilities. Honestly, i don't want to be in his shoes, tough decisions this summer.

The pick and roll without IT is definitely different on both ends of the court most importantly because of better size, and that improves ball movement.

Can you compare how Lebron has been playing in the playoffs to the regular season? A team that was 10-14 suddenly went 10-0. Clearly they pushed the tempo and its clear for all man to see. One off losses don't change that

How is 2nd clear in the West? In the last 3 years its been Rockets, OKC, Spurs so wetin be the argument? Bucks and Bulls no too dey relevant or I might as well add Pelicans, Mavs

Its a dilemma really because Crowder would suffer, and I feel he is a key player in your squad. His D on Lebron was stellar in the 4th.

Isaiah's size or lack of it is a problem. There would always be a ceiling. The key move is being less reliant on him night in night out. Finding that trade or guys simply stepping up like tonight. Though I expect them to revert to the mean in Game 4
Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 5:25am On May 22, 2017
Who told Bron Bron it was 2011 finals recap? 11pts, Had 6 TO, more than his FG and didn't show up in 4th Quarter as usual.

And you expect us to keep quiet when you say he's Greater than Kobe grin

If we bash Brad when he shytes the bed, we better give him credit when he gets it right. That is what I have been advocating for my man Steve as no coach is infallible - even Pop.

I have never praised TLue because I still feel Bron is the coach of that team but if he makes some clever moves - let us not zero it down to having great players.

On the flip side, I am not happy Cavs lost because it will wake them up come the finals (if they get there). I wanted reality to hit them in the finals but it decided to get them earlier than I envisioned. Nothing spoil.

Who go take that spot ? OKC without Durant!

My point is simple: the eastern teams are weaker but similar in strength. The western conference have the stronger teams with a larger disparity.

Have not watched a ton of LeBron games this post season but to me,his free throws just dey enter and his playing more minutes don't think much has changed.

Exactly.. And now the Celtics forces them to make adjustments on defense. Well that gives the Warriors a tape to watch

The difference is bleeding obvious. He is shooting the three at a ridiculous and hopefully unsustainable clip. He has also been very efficient. He is scoring more pts with fewer shots. His minutes have little to do with it

Number of Playoff Games M.J had less than 15pts - 0

Number of Playoff Games Lebron had less than 15pts - 6

I am not even to miffed by the numbers but the mere fact that "LEBRON IS NOT THE GO TO GUY WHEN THE GAME IS ON THE LINE". We have continued to witness Uncle Drew take over games for the Cavs because he has the heart to dare those shots. Last night was not the first time i watched Lebron shy away from the responsibility of stepping up, somehow, the ball moves to Kyrie.

This is why is not anywhere close to MJ in my books.
Re: The NBA Begins by somehow: 8:51pm On May 22, 2017
That yesterday's game was a fixed game, count the number of turnover Cabs had, they purposely lost that game for reasons best known to them. They had everything to beat Boston last night but somehoww messed it up. They just didn't want to end the playoffs so fast so as not to appear the untouchable when they end up meeting GSW in the finals.

I didn't watch the game, only saw the go ahead basket by bradley. I didn't even bother checking the stats because i thought lebron team mates probably let him down. Came on here this morning only to find out man mad about 15 pts. Interesting. grin grin

He took just 4 shots in the 4th. Bizarre because he played the entire quarter and the game was clearly slipping away. Truth be told he would probably drop 40 on the Celtics on Tuesday

However with the game on the line he once again deferred to Kyrie.
