Alot of persons employ drivers not just because they want to answer Oga but because many has health issues, many are absent minded because of too many wahala and hanging business deals.

A car tracker can be easily unistalled o. Just go to Google and see how it is done. It's very easy bro.

The guy was the driver, so he had all the time to do whatever he wanted to do with the ride, including uninstalling the tracker.
