The tall gentleman in the electric blue suit is Pastor Agu Irukwu he actually leads the biggest RCCG church in the UK, JESUS HOUSE in Brent Cross, north London which regularly attracts more than 2,000 people to its Sunday services. He is obviously Nigerian, Abia state to be precise, Both of his parents are prominent people, His Father is Chief Joe Irukwu ( Mr Insurance) and founder of ADIC Insurance, while his mother Mrs Eno Irukwu was one time Commissioner of the National Electoral commission, Can I also humbly mention that he is my Pastor and we are actually cousins.

Yeah, because all UK politicians are saints.

Was there not an expenses scandal with the MPs just few years ago? Did Cameron himself not have some assets in tax havens despite being in power and making tax changes? So because they cover theirs quite neatly qualifies them to be calling out other countries? I am not debating Nigerians being corrupt, it is the double standard I am against.

Let me guess, you have never lived in Nigeria have you? What do you mean by they cover theirs? In which planet do you know where the wife of a former president can claim she has 5 million dollars but can't explain where and how she got it? Have you ever seen policemen in the U.K, France, Germany, U.S, stand confidently in public to collect bribe without fear? How old are you by the way? Thought process is infantile to say the least.

You know you have no point. Let me educate you. Do you know why the whole world believe that Nigerians in Nigeria are corrupt? There is crime everywhere in the world. No country is immune to it. But the measure of a decent society is the reaction of the citizenry to those crimes. Nigerians applaud it. This is why when someone is being burnt in the streets in Nigeria, it's citizen gather round to support it. Or when a policeman asks for bribe from a bus driver, people like you pressure the bus driver to give the policeman because you are in a hurry to go. Try this crap in a normal society and see what the citizens would do or what would happen to you if you are the culprit. You will spend the better part of your life in prison.

More about advancing the business interests of RCCG and Adeboye than the cause of Christ !

Nigerian christians are forever drooling over who attended their church service from the elite club , while looking down on the weaker and poorer brethren among them. Hypocrites !!

So church pastoring is now a government position?

The South has a legitimate reason to cry marginalization when it comes to appointments in this country, the threads below may help you:
https://www.nairaland.com/3282283/solomon-asemota-accuses-buhari-appointing
https://www.nairaland.com/3774372/recruitment-scandal-activists-tackle-sss

there was this thread where they were accusing yoruba churches of not appointing igbo pastors. they said all RCCG pastors are Yoruba even in the east. that's what I'm talking about.

okay, I didn't know that was what you were referring to. I didn't see that thread and I am sure that claim is not true.
As for this particular case, Pastor Agu has been leading Jesus House since 1994, it's not a recent appointment.

But at least I know when to compliment nice looking people

You may know when to compliment, but you certainly don't know how. Why refer to the man as 'yummy'? Don't you know the meaning of that word? Now that i think about it...its very possible you actually don't know...

smh for some Nigerians

Abeg, I can't laugh enough.

Exactly, even though she has been known to have anti immigration views and has previously sent foreign students back to their country of origin unjustly.

They know about Nigerians and their ego... stroke it and they deliver for you...meanwhile where is their answer to Chuka Umunna?

Re: Theresa May Worships At RCCG UK by belindar: 8:29pm On May 28, 2017
Here we go again. Whenever election is coming conservatives will go to RCCG to seek for votes because they know the church has the largest number of African most especially Nigerians congregations. Then after the election they will start tagging Nigerians names and insults. I was at the excel center during the FOL which Cameron was giving an audience to speak on the pulpit with the GO in attendance.
Later he called Nigeria and and Nigerians the most corrupt people in the entire world and our useless president accepted that. But when Cameron was seeking for votes he went to the same corrupt people to seek for votes. Theresa May is following the same footsteps now.

Another reason not to vote for the Tories. Pandering to the self-appointed "community leaders" aka parasites.
