Oboy the pimples no be here oh

I have been suffering from this skin disease from the past 5 years now I have tried all kinds of skin Care product but seems not to work.

I even tried using bleaching cream but oboy skin no gree turn yellow ohhh.

So please if you have any good skin Care product you can comment below.

I have sleepless nights because of this. It itches me so badly. Note I don't pluck it.

Stop eating groudnuts & blue band. Your probably allergic to them. They bring pimples like heat rash

Wash your face regularly with medicated soap and reduce oil intake. Change soap periodically until you get the one that matches your skin, it may not even be expensive.

Also, as someone suggested above, your situation requires you to be extra hygienic especially your face.

Is it hereditary? Because the way am seeing this one, i dont think self medication can do much good.. by the look at your skin texture i will say that you might be prone to it. Practice simple habits like washing face regularly with warm water especially before bedtime, eating a well balanced diet with lots of vitamins and vegetable, drink water regularly, practice yoga or intense meditation where you will channel all your energies towards attaining a perfect and desired facial looks and above all stop worrying about it. maintain a calm disposition at all times.

go get yourself "papaya face cleanser" and "USA soap" for black spot. wash your face with it regularly.


distance yourself from oil food, rub white powder often.

Bleaching cream on acne? Dear me.
You need a topical antibiotic to clear the infection first. The most unconventional treatment is tetracycline eye ointment. It's cheap but effective. Apply on each spot twice a day for 7 days. After that avoid heavy greasy face creams or the use of Vaseline. As absurd as it may sound don't touch your face or pick at the spots. If you can get aloe Vera gel that would be ideal.

Walk into any pharmacy and ask for Vecuten.. doesn't cost much atal and very effective in treating skin ailments.

Get Tumeric powder, you can get from those people selling spice in the market, mix some quantity with honey and rub on your face 3 times a week, washed off after 15- 20 minutes. You will see a remarkable difference

I experienced something similar sometime ago and it's better now.

Also use nexoderm soap

- garri and groundnut for lunch
- spend three hours in toilet for feaces
